Take 95 North to I-395 N via exit number 53 toward DOWNTOWN
Take the CONWAY ST exit.
Turn LEFT onto LIGHT ST.
Bear RIGHT onto E PRATT ST.
Turn RIGHT onto S PRESIDENT ST.
Turn LEFT onto FLEET ST.
Turn RIGHT at the second light, CENTRAL AVE.
Go a block and a half, and the building is on the LEFT.
1400 ALICEANNA is diagonally across from Pazo Restaurant. Come in under the green awning that says “1400 – 1414”, go up to the second floor, and follow the signs to Luchansky, P.A.
North of Baltimore
Take I-83 South untill it ends at PRESIDENT ST.
Turn LEFT onto FLEET ST.
Turn RIGHT at the second light, CENTRAL AVE.
