Who We Are

Cross Country Title, Inc., is comprised of a talented group of professionals. Leading our team are two seasoned attorneys and real estate professionals:

Bruce M. Luchansky - Bruce has practiced law in Maryland for more than twenty years. Prior to starting his law firm, Luchansky, P.A., and Cross Country Title, Bruce was a partner in a major downtown law firm. In his capacity as an attorney, Bruce has helped individuals, families and businesses achieve their goals relative to real estate matters, employment and business law, and civil litigation A graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law (with honors), Bruce was an Associate Editor of the Law Review.

Michael Golburgh - Prior to joining Cross Country Title and Luchansky, P.A., Michael honed his skills as the principal of his own law practice in the Boston area, representing individuals and families as a general practitioner. After earning his law degree from Northeastern University School of Law, Michael completed a Master of Laws in Taxation at Boston University School of Law. He also holds a graduate certificate in financial planning and has a background in investments, insurance and retirement planning.
